The Royal Horseguards conference suites
As well as the facilities at the adjoining One Whitehall Place, The Royal Horseguards has a variety of its own meeting and event rooms within the hotel.
The hotel’s flexible facilities can cater for between 10 and 70 guests. The six air-conditioned private suites are all conveniently located on the ground floor. They have the versatility to be used in a variety of layouts, from boardroom, theatre and classroom to dinner and reception functions. In addition, the Boardroom, Westminster and Albert suites can be amalgamated to create one room to cater for private dining or a reception.

The Westminster Suite
The fully air-conditioned Westminster Suite is one of the most flexible suites. As well as the capacities below, the Westminster can be combined with The Boardroom and Albert Suite to accommodate a reception for 70 guests or a dinner for 30 guests.
